Artisan Bio

Bob's ancestry is connected to Northampton County, Pennsylvania where, in 1955 at the age of ten, he acquired his first longrifle. His interest, study and passion for the longrifle has been with him ever since.

His special interest is in the various accoutrements that accompany the longrifle, especially the handcrafted rifle bags. He creates harness stitched bags patterned after documented eastern style bags attributed to the mid-to-late flintlock period.
