| Artisan Bio | Blacksmithing goes way back in my family. To at least eastern TN before 1790. Kit Boller's Mill in eastern, TN. My appreciation for colonial arts and crafts as well as history came from the "old folks" in the family. Family came from primarily: PA around 1704. VA around 1680s. SC around 1680s. The above and an appreciation of the out of doors are the primary reasons I am into this venue. As well as an Eagle Scout to Philmont in my earlier years. My father worked with the MO Conservation Dept in the 70's as well so out of doors is much better than the mall! My direction has changed, for a lot of reasons...over the years. These days, I keep it simple and down to earth. Mainly I watch for goodies in the Ozarks to "rescue" and re-purpose at a cost effective price point for other folks to use. Keeps guns, horns, blades from being thrown away. |
