Original signed Peter Gonter rifle in good firing condition.

The barrel has been freshed and re-rifled by Bobby Hoyt with 7 groove round bottom rifling in .52 caliber.  The barrel shoots a .504 ball extremely well and a .504 mold from Larry Calahan is included.  A new Kibler Late Ketland flintlock has been retrofit to drop in the original lock mortise making this an extremely reliable and great shooter!  The original Drepert lock remains with the rifle and is included.

The rifle weighs 9 lbs. 6 oz and measures just over 59″ in overall length with a 43 1/2″ barrel.  The trigger pull measures 13 1/2″ long making it extremely comfortable to shoot.

Included with the rifle is the original lock, a .504 ball mold, a bag of cast round ball, a leather ball bag, ball block, patches, and a tool bag with a short starter, breech scraper, jag and ball puller.
