A beautiful little pair of 18th c. all-metal pocket pistols with screw off barrels. Engraved “SEGLAS LONDON” one side, panoply of arms on the other, and featuring floral engraving throughout. The iron has aged to a very pleasant gray patina. Barrels are .40 cal, and pistols are 5 3/4″ overall in length. Condition is very good. One pistol does require the trigger to be pushed forward for the hammer to engage at full-cock. The other pistol is mechanically excellant. Overall, a rare, matched pair of a relatively scarce all-metal type pistol.
