This beautiful wool blanket was made by C.J. Wilde of the Wilde Weavery & Trading Co. C.J. is such an amazing artist. She has created so many beautiful woven pieces of art to include blankets/leg ties/sashes and many other items using her God given talent.
As collectors know, Wilde Blankets are not often for sale so hurry. This will not be on here for very long!
The item for sale is a half-blanket made from high quality Wool and has a numbered medallion #714. The design is a stripe with Tan/Brown/Gold wool and it approximately 68″ Long x 70″ Wide. The blanket is 2 pieces woven together in the center seam. The edges are finished nicely as seen in the photos.
Ed Wilde helped with finding the previous owner who was willing to part with this item and now sadly I’m having to part with it as well to a lucky individual who has been waiting for a Wilde blanket.
Very Good condition. Beautiful colors and of course the Medallion which proves provenance as originating from the Wilde Weavery. Ed Wilde keeps meticulous records as to where each of J.C.’s blankets are and can verify that I am currently the owner of this piece of art.
