This is another incredibly unique, completely handmade and handsewn with waxed pure linen thread, leather hunting/shooting bag. This bag is made from 3-4oz veg tanned cowhide. The straps are made from 5-6oz veg tanned cowhide. The bag measures 8 3/4 inches wide at the middle and 7 1/2 inches from top to bottom when closed. The buckle strap measures 17 inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide, and features an aged solid brass buckle. The long strap measures 51 1/2 inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide, and features 8 holes for adjustment. The bag features include, an inside pocket, punched hole designs on the flap with red felt, and a leather lined flap. The flap is bound in leather and attached to the bag by a scalloped leather strip on top. Both the bag and straps are dyed black and finished with a period correct oil/beeswax conditioner.
Everything has been done completely by hand. It has been cut, sewn with waxed linen thread, dyed, and finished by hand, no machines or assembly line methods used at all just to save time.
