A most unusual pouch, its shape patterned from an original example.
Measuring 8” x 7”, it features two compartments—offering both added capacity and a practical way to organize your gear. The front compartment is finished with its own dedicated flap.
Constructed from supple kip leather and lined with lightweight deer, the pouch is topstitched with fine, waxed linen thread at 9 stitches per inch for a more delicate, refined look.
The flap features bound edges, while the body is finished with a fringed closure at the tops of the side seams. The strap is fitted with two browned steel buckles.
Don’t let the size fool you—this piece carries more than you’d expect, with room to spare.

Both Jeff and Shelly are reenactors who began by creating items for themselves. They attend many living history events a year. In their free time they piddle around their farm where they make wines, ales, and fill their pantry with home-canned items. They can be found hunting, trapping , and fishing. Sometimes, they incorporate their trophies in their custom work.
