Product Description

This is another very unique, completely handmade and handsewn with waxed linen thread, early style leather hunting or shooting bag. The bag is made from one piece of 3-4oz veg tanned cowhide folded and then sewn on the sides. The straps are made from black dyed 4-5oz veg tanned cowhide . The bag measures 7 3/4 inches wide and 8 3/4 inches from top to bottom when closed. The buckle strap measures 14 inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide, and features an aged solid brass buckle. The long strap measures 50 inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide, and features 7 holes for adjustment. The black color is a combination of black leather dye and vinegaroon. The bag features include, an inside pocket, aged brass buckle, a pewter button, red dyed leather bound pocket edge,  and a period correct oil and beeswax with lampblack finish.

Everything has been done completely by hand. It has been cut, sewn with waxed linen thread, dyed, and finished by hand, no machines or assembly line methods used at all just to save time.
