This is another incredibly unique, completely handmade and handsewn with waxed linen thread, leather hunting or shooting bag. This bag is made from one piece of leather, folded, and sewn on the outside edges. The welt acts as divider in the interior. The bag is made from 4-5oz veg tanned cowhide. The straps are made from 4-5oz veg tanned cowhide as well. The bag measures 9 inches wide and 6 inches from top to bottom when closed. The buckle strap measures 15 inches long, 3/4 inches wide, and features a solid brass buckle. The long strap measures 56 inches long, 3/4 inches wide, and features 8 holes for adjustment. The bag features include, an aged brass button, a divided interior, a brass buckle, trim along the flap edge, and a period correct oil and beeswax/lampblack finish. I have given the bag a dark brown color.
Everything has been done completely by hand. It has been cut, sewn with waxed linen thread, dyed, and finished by hand, no machines or assembly line methods used at all just to save time.
