This is a one of a kind leather, shooting/hunting bag. This is an early style, simple one piece construction. The bag is made from 3-4oz vegetable tanned cowhide and has been handsewn on two sides. The bag measures 9 1/2 inches wide and 9 1/2 inches from top to bottom and features a large inside pocket. The buckle strap measures 17 inches long and almost 1 1/2 inches wide. The long strap measures 55 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide as well and features 7 holes for adjustment. The buckle is handmade. I have given the bag a very dark brown stain and a period correct oil/wax finish.
Everything has been done completely by hand. It has been cut, sewn with waxed linen thread, dyed, and finished by hand, no machines used at all.
$135 plus $12 shipping by USPS first class, in the US only. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested.
