Product Description

This is a one of a kind, completely handmade, leather shooting, hunting, or possibles bag. This is the kind of simple bag that would have seen use on the 18th century frontier. The bag and straps are both made from 4-5oz vegetable tanned leather(cowhide). The bag measures a little over 10 inches from top to bottom and 8 1/2 inches wide. The buckle strap measures 12 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide and features a solid brass buckle. The long strap measures 54 inches long, is 1 1/2 inches wide, and features 7 holes for adjustment. The features include, an inside pocket, a black stain, a handmade copper button, and a period correct hand rubbed oil/wax finish.
Everything has been done completely by hand. It has been cut, sewn with waxed linen thread, dyed, and finished by hand. No machines used at all.
