This is a very unique, completely handmade and handsewn, leather hunting/shooting bag. The bag is made from 3-4oz veg tanned leather. The straps are made from 5-6oz veg tanned leather. The bag measures 9 inches wide and 9 1/2 inches from top to bottom. The buckle strap measures 9 1/2 inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide, and features a handmade steel buckle. The long strap measures 48 inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide, and features 6 holes for adjustment. The bag features include, a 2 1/2 inch wide gusset at the bottom, a full welt, trim on both the pocket and flap edges, and a brass button. I have given the bag a dark brown stain and a period correct oil/beeswax finish.
Everything has been done completely by hand. It has been cut, sewn with waxed linen thread, dyed, and finished by hand, no machines used at all.
