Davis #4 trigger set
A very nice piece of curly sugar maple for the stock. Finished with one of my homemade stains. Top with 11 hand rubbed coats of Danish oil.
All the metal has been charcoal gray giving the aged look to this Robert Hughes patterned rifle. The lock looks a little dark in the photo but it matches the gray on the other iron work.A little line carving down the ramrod channel and the bottom of the butt stock.
