Fifty eight caliber, 42 inch barrel sliding wood patch box rifle for sale. Made by Mike Gahagan after an original by John Shuler. Stocked in fancy curly maple and beautifully carved. Barrel is browned with sophisticated barrel transition from octagon to round. Brass side plate and nose cap. Single standard trigger. Length of pull 13 1/2 inches, weight 9 lb. 4 oz.. Rear sight adjustable for windage, front sight fixed. I have been the sole owner. It has seen minimal use with most of its time spent in the safe.
