Here is another beautifully made rifle, recently completed by Bernard Riendeau. This one is an early Pennsylvania style fine rifle in 54 caliber. The CM-4 curly maple stock is profusely carved and features German silver wire inlays as well. The sliding wood patch box even has matching wood grain and curl. Each fine rifle that Bernard has done just gets better and better. The pictures speak for themselves.
The barrel is a 54 caliber 37” swamped Colerain barrel featuring radius groove rifling for easy cleanup and fine accuracy. It has been polished bright and is signed by the builder.
The Siler lock has been polished as well and is tripped by RE Davis adjustable double set triggers. It fires into a drilled and coned vent, set in the sun rise position, for perfect ignition.
The Early Penn style trim is in highly polished brass and features a hand engraved side plate. All together this is a very well made new gun from a very talented relatively new builder. Here’s your chance to get in on the ground floor of a collection. We’re proud to be able to offer this to you at a modest $5999
