Presenting a Tiger Stripe 1776 Colonial style build flintlock rifle in the Lancaster design. The 36 inch 54 caliber octagon barrel is set in a flamed tiger stripe maple stock that takes on a darker granite color in the shade. As well, there are runs of orange flame throughout the wood. I have chosen to accent the wood with minimal relief carving in the butt and only two vines incised along the forestock. I have engraved the toe plate, trigger guard, and the top of the butt. All metal features are brass with the exception of the Chambers steel lock and double Davis trigger. Both the lock and the barrel have been browned to bring out the traditional antiqued look. This rifle has not been fired or sighted in, and is ready to ship before Christmas! Much care and attention has been given to fit and finish and is in keeping with the asking price of $2,800, which includes free shipping to anywhere in the continental USA.
