This powder horn was made by Cory Joe Stewart of NC.
The horn is 16 1/2 inches long including the stoppers. The engraved design on the horn is inspired by an original but it is not an exact copy. The inscription on the horn is in German and reads:
ICH MUS DAS LEIT TEN DIE RECHTE HANT DES HECHSTEN KAN ALLES which translates to I MUST ENDURE THIS. THE RIGHT HAND OF THE HIGHEST CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING There is also a reminder of Psalm 77 Verse 11
The horn is covered with floral patterns, a fish and a man with a musket ready to defend his home.
There is room left for your name to be engraved at no extra charge. I am asking $285.00 that includes the name engraving and shipping.
