Product Description

Offered for sale is a beautifully executed powder horn measuring approximately 16” from tip to tip, with a base diameter of about 8½ inches. The horn itself was made by Adam Daub, with engraving done by Eric Carlson, and it is paired with a quality strap by Gary Fatherree.

The horn features crisp, hand-cut engraving with a bold Celtic knot motif, laid out cleanly and cut with care. Natural horn coloration is excellent, with pleasing contrast and character throughout. The turned base plug is well fitted, and the overall finish is tasteful and period-appropriate. This is an applied tip– not a screw tip.

The strap complements the horn perfectly and shows Gary Fatherree’s hallmark craftsmanship—durable, functional, and aesthetically spot-on for a quality shooting bag or rifleman’s kit.

This horn would make an excellent addition to a serious muzzleloading kit, a display piece, or a historically appropriate companion for a fine longrifle.

Price: $400 shipped (USA)
