I have 8 years experience building longrifles. Prior to that, I have 40+ years experience in wood and cabinetmaking. I've studied under Ian Pratt, Jim Kibler and Sam Thompson. I've taken a stock carving class under George Suiter.I have worked with component sets , guns from blanks in both flintlock and percussion . in 2017 a gun, entered at the Dixon Gunmaker's Fair, received a blue ribbon for Best of Class in the Journeyman category.
